Fischer Homes Opens First Decorated Model Home in St. Louis
Will Host Grand Opening Event in O’Fallon on November 6 & 7
ST. LOUIS, MO, November 2, 2021 – Fischer Homes is unveiling its first decorated model home in the St. Louis, Missouri market. The 29th largest homebuilder acquired Payne Family Homes earlier this year. Included in the acquisition was Streets of Caledonia located in O’Fallon, Missouri. The community is conveniently located minutes from I-64 and in the Wentzville School District.
The model at Streets of Caledonia – the Asheville – is a 2-to-3-bedroom townhome with 1,086 square feet of living space and starts in the $250s. Residents will have access to the community’s future planned amenities, which include 25 acres of open space featuring fountained lakes, walking trails, a pool with clubhouse, covered pavilions, playground, dedicated bocce ball area, and pickleball court and are set to open in the summer of 2022.
Streets of Caledonia also offers new homes from the builder’s Designer and Maple Street Collections of single-family homes which start in the low $300s and include 2-story, ranch, 5-level, and first-floor owner’s suite floorplans.
